Safety Day Volunteer Signup

Thank you for your interst in volunteering at our 2025 Safety Day Event. The event will take place on May 10th, 2025 from 9am-4pm. As a volunteer you will help us with setup before the event and break down afterwards as well as help us with tasks during the events. These tasks range from navigation to general cleaning and assisting in activities for the public.

Up to 7 SSL Hours can be obtained for volunteering!

I also acknowledge that I am the parent or legal guardian of this child participant, and I can execute this consent form. My signature on this form means that I have read and understood the information regarding this program and agree that my child may participate.

Yes, I give permission to MCDOT to use any photos and videos taken related to the event, and that the photos and videos may be used on social media, website or on other advertisements, at their discretion.
